So many beloved well behaved healthy pets are euthanized if they can't be found new homes due to rigid pet ban policies. Rehoming shelters are 'bursting at the seams'. Surely, we should be promoting 'good responsible pet ownership' not ban ban ban! As more and more of us live alone and a pet is often a person's only companion. This together with the fact pet ownership is statistically now proved to improve mental and physical health. Surely, it is high time this country acknowledges that pets are a valuable and essential part of many people's lives and as with Lets for Pets, introduced to protect landlords, tenants and their pets, keeping them together. The whole issue of pets in our society and their rightful place needs serious consideration and change! Yes of course, there are some places like restaurants and some beaches that are less suitable for pets, but let's not airbrush ray ban modelos pets from our often stressful lives. Once asked if it was OK to take my VERY friendly collie into the beer garden as my 90 odd year old Gran was thirsty and wanted a cold drink. (It was the middle of summer). (It was the middle of summer). I was told that it was not a beer garden but a children's play area and the dog must remain in the car in summer! We all went else where would Rusty was more than welcome, even given a drink himself water I hasten to add. If we sit back and allow stupid rules, they will get more bizarre and eventually even your granny will get banned followed by kids. Can't people see this is a slippery slope to nowhere.
